Founder & Owner of Thirsty Horse

British national, Brian moved to the United States and founded Thirsty Horse Saloon in 2009 after years of experience working as a project manager in England.

In his role as CEO, CFO and HR manager for Thirsty Horse, Brian has been responsible for all strategic planning, decision making, contracts' negotiations and fulfillment of staffing requirements, making him an accomplished entrepreneur and hospitality expert.

By building a loyal customer base, Brian was able to make Thirsty Horse a highly profitable business with high levels of customer service. In fact, such level of service has allowed the business to earn the Best of San Antonio 2018 Award as well as the Best Country Bar Award in 2020 and 2021.

Filled with the success of his location in Texas, Brian wants to expand the business by opening three additional locations in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Alabama.
